I might as well call this an end of the year blog, as I seem to write here once a year. Oh well... maybe it's worth it, to write things down at least once a year, since I seem to be so very good at forgetting everything lately.
So, here goes, 2009:
It's that time of the year again...
1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
View Paris from the highest floor of Eiffel tower and the dome of Sacre Coeur. Beautiful!
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Hmm. Didn't make any last new year or this one. At least as far as I can remember...
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

Optimism. Free time.
7. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
2nd July -09, U2 concert in Barcelona. (Although I cheated a bit and checked the date... I never remember any dates without the help of a calendar)
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Little by little I'm learning to say no.

Too high expectations
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nothing worth mentioning.

Holiday to Barcelona & Paris, for sure.

I'll answer family again.

Made a few new friends via old friends.
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009.
You cannot change the people or the world around you, so instead, either change your own attitude or change the scenery. It'll be a lot easier for everyone in the long run.
And the world is a little bit better place when you're drinking liquorice & peppermint tea. (profound, I know... but worth a try!)
40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year.
All the thoughts you never see
You are always thinking
Brain is wide, the brain is deep
Oh, are you sinking?
Feel the path of every day
Which road you taking?
Breathing hard, making hay
Yeah, this is living
Look for love in evidence
That you're worth keeping
Swallowed whole in negatives
it's so sad and sickening
Feel the air up above
Oh, pool of blue sky
Fill the air up with love
All black with starlight
